We are pleased to present the following communities:

SENIOR CO-HOUSING COMMUNITIES offer a new way of life, by enabling seniors to live independently in the scheme of a community with support from their peers living in the community. Instead of aging in an institution or aging in place, we allow the residents to age in a community setting. These communities are aimed to promote peer interactions; the community requires that everyone who lives there to participate in a committee that helps run the community. This type of setting offers more than a social fabric; that provides a unique support system. For instance, when a member becomes injured and needs help with maintaining their household or transportation services, the assigned committee will arrange or organize for other community members to assist them. We believe this is the latest innovation in the senior housing industry. The seniors or residents who live in this type of community can only lease the cottages; we do not offer any of these for sale.

OUR INDEPENDENT LIVING COMMUNITIES are for seniors who are still able to live easily on their own. They can enjoy a wide array of housing types, from luxury resort-like accommodations to simpler apartments without having to worry about household chores like cutting the lawn or fixing a leaky faucet. You can use your own furniture and décor to decorate your room and most of the petty annoyances that come with home ownership or traditional apartment renting are eliminated. More importantly, programs, classes, and outings are offered and designed to keep seniors active. Whether you'd want to learn crafts, staying fit with one of our custom tailored exercise programs, or just simply enjoying a casual evening out with friends, you are likely to find that our independent living communities can satisfy your needs.

OUR CONGREGATE SENIORS HOUSING COMMUNITIES are similar to our senior-only apartments. Seniors live in separate apartments that they can rent. This type of community offers a variety of programs and other opportunities for seniors to get to know their neighbors. Usually, those seniors who choose to live in our Congregate Housing Communities are within a relatively small vicinity to where they use to live, meaning they're more likely to see familiar faces. In addition, our Congregate Housing Communities provide or offer additional services, such as memory care, and assisted living in separate facilities located on the premises. Meals, trips, and religious services (on-the premises or arranged as trips) are also offered at our Congregate Housing Communities.

OUR SENIORS-ONLY APARTMENTS offer activities and meals for residents to do as a group. In contrast from our congregate housing communities, our seniors-only apartments typically do not offer any additional services such as memory care or assisted living services.

OUR CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES are the most inclusive housing option offered to seniors, with options ranging from Independent Living to Memory Care are provided in one community on one premise. You and your family can take comfort in knowing, that whatever your future needs may be you will find them in one place without the inconvenience of moving and readjusting to a new community.
